Sandy Walker

Sandy Walker has been in real estate since 1985 with experience in listing,
selling, flipping, decorating and land development. She also has been a
certified, commercial appraiser since 1993. This certification allows Sandy
to perform appraisals for both commercial and residential properties of any
value. Her experience helps to develop a fair market value of all properties
in a professional manner.
Sandy got her start in real estate in North Alabama, a quant little town
known as Scottsboro. She moved to the beach 12 years ago once her son,
Taylor went off to college. Sandy has never looked back, she immediately
hit the ground running, buying and selling properties on the Alabama Gulf
